1. Client Confidentiality

All manuscripts, legal agreements, personal portrait photos, and proprietary corporate assets entrusted to Kalvithan Studio are treated with strict confidentiality under non-disclosure protocols.

2. Zero Data Commercialization

We will never sell, lease, or distribute client contact numbers, email addresses, or deliverable manuscripts to any third party or marketing agency.

3. Public Portfolio Consent

Rule 01: 50% Mobilization Advance Protocol

To initiate production, server provisioning, custom framing material cutting, or design drafting, a mandatory 50% mobilization advance is required. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon final milestone approval or safe courier dispatch.

Rule 02: Revision Cycles & Iterations

Every package includes structured revision rounds as specified in the Master Rate Card. Minor typographic adjustments and design refinements are handled promptly. Scope expansions beyond the initial tier are quoted transparently.

Rule 03: Delivery & Safe Transit Protocol

Digital deliverables (Code, Vector SVGs, PDFs, High-Res Photos) are dispatched via direct secure cloud links. Physical photo frames and print merchandise are reinforced with wooden corners and shock-proof bubble wrapping for safe islandwide courier transit and international shipping.

Rule 04: Intellectual Property Transfer

Full commercial ownership and vector source files are handed over to the client immediately upon final project balance clearance.
